About The Position

GoGuardian is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Partner to own product enablement across its K–12 learning solutions portfolio. The role equips New Business Executives (NBEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and their managers with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to connect products to customer needs, particularly around product launches and feature releases. The position owns enablement from strategy through execution and measurement, translating roadmap priorities into actionable plans and adapting as priorities change. Success is measured by sellers’ ability to explain, position, and demonstrate products in customer conversations, including improvements in conversation quality tracked through Clari. Reporting to the Manager of Enablement, this senior individual-contributor role has no direct reports. It partners closely with Product Marketing, Product leaders, sales leaders, the Instructional Designer, and Enablement Specialist. It may provide mentorship to Enablement colleagues and collaborate with the Sales Execution Lead and Sales Coach. The focus is seller readiness, not technical training for Professional Services or other non-sales teams. GoGuardian describes itself as a remote, diverse, mission-driven team focused on improving K–12 learning environments.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product enablement experience supporting multiple products, with a record of owning programs from strategy through delivery and measurement.
  • Experience in K–12 education technology is required, including a strong understanding of district customer personas, buying needs, and the realities of selling to and supporting schools.
  • Experience enabling customer-facing Sales and Customer Success teams for product launches and feature releases, translating product capabilities into customer value and practical seller behaviors.
  • Ability to develop deep product expertise across a portfolio and help sellers explain and demonstrate solutions in ways relevant to customers.
  • Ability to proactively seek roadmap information, ask thoughtful questions, plan ahead, and keep stakeholders aligned as details evolve.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, including creating engaging live training, guiding asynchronous learning development, and assessing learners’ ability to apply knowledge.
  • Comfort using conversation intelligence, CRM reporting, and enablement analytics to diagnose gaps, define success measures, and improve programs; familiarity with Clari, Salesforce, and Highspot.
  • Strong organization, adaptability, prioritization, judgment, and accountability for deadlines and deliverables; ability to raise risks early with a proposed path forward.
  • Ability to collaborate, influence without formal authority, work effectively with senior stakeholders, and offer constructive feedback and mentorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Groove and other relevant enablement or analytics tools.
  • Experience authoring courses and supporting learning resources.
  • Interest in helping sellers serve schools more effectively and positively impact education.

Responsibilities

  • Own product enablement strategy across GoGuardian’s multi-product portfolio for NBEs, CSMs, and their managers, translating product priorities into role-relevant learning and seller readiness.
  • Serve as the primary Enablement partner to Product Marketing and build relationships with Product and sales leaders to identify roadmap priorities, clarify customer value, and plan for launches and feature releases.
  • Build and execute launch and release enablement plans; improve cross-functional processes so Enablement receives information in time, and adapt as scope, timing, or priorities change.
  • Design and deliver interactive live training that helps sellers apply product knowledge to customer conversations, solution positioning, and product demonstrations.
  • Own and implement product certification or equivalent readiness assessments that verify learners can apply what they learned.
  • Provide source material, direction, and feedback to the Instructional Designer and Enablement Specialist for asynchronous learning; author courses and supporting resources as needed.
  • Keep product enablement resources in Highspot current, accurate, easy to find, and useful to sellers.
  • Use Clari conversation insights and analytics from Salesforce, Highspot, Groove, and other relevant tools to identify knowledge and application gaps, target enablement, and assess seller confidence and conversation quality.
  • Gather feedback from sellers, managers, and product partners to improve training, resources, and readiness; communicate results, risks, and recommended next steps to stakeholders.
  • Manage projects, deliverables, and assigned enablement requests through prioritization and accountability; surface risks and resolve roadblocks proactively.
  • Provide mentorship to Enablement colleagues where appropriate and partner with the Sales Execution Lead and Sales Coach on shared needs.
