About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a skilled and motivated Product Development Engineer to help bring up state-of-the-art SOCs and create reliable test infrastructure for next-generation Data Center products. The role works collaboratively with architecture, software, test, and hardware teams. It includes analyzing product yield limiters, characterizing performance and power, and leading cross-functional efforts to identify root causes and implement product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Problem-solving skills, especially in test failure analysis and test coverage enhancement.
• Working knowledge of JMP and Python.
• Understanding of process-product interaction related to yield, performance, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and drive projects efficiently and effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with multi-chiplet products utilizing advanced packaging.
• Passion for creating automation tools for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product yield limiters and drive failure analysis on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package levels.
• Characterize performance and power to help bring competitive products to market.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers, and suppliers to root-cause problems and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with architecture, software, and test teams to influence next-generation products.
