  • Deep Figma fluency, including component libraries, auto-layout, and developer-ready handoff.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as LLMs, Claude Code, and Codex in design practice, and looking for ways they can reshape it.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Practical experience partnering with product managers and engineers in an agile environment.
  • Experience working directly with engineering in a scrum process.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship or takeover is unavailable.

Nice To Haves

  • Practical experience designing products involving the collection, analysis, reporting, and sharing of data and insights.
  • Experience designing AI features with attention to explainability, confidence signals, and graceful failure.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Define and implement UX/UI patterns and design systems.
  • Collaborate with the product manager and design team on product strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering on product development, building and maintaining design artifacts.
  • Drive user research, design sprints, and workshops to solve complex problems.
  • Drive the use of personas in product development.
