Creating the next generation of baseball experiences requires a deep understanding of fans, thoughtful attention to every detail, and a relentless focus on delight at every touchpoint. That’s where you come in. Our mission is simple: transform the way fans connect with, experience, and enjoy the game of baseball. The Product Design team at Major League Baseball shapes experiences across the entire fan journey—from foundational fan and club research to in-park experiences, digital products, streaming platforms, games, websites, apps, and interactive experiences. We stay close to the trends shaping sports, media, and entertainment while continually raising the bar for usability, innovation, and delight across the MLB ecosystem. Our work is grounded in a fan-first approach to product design, supported by strong investments in design systems, content tooling, and design research. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define the future of baseball experiences and deliver engaging, innovative products across every stage of the fan journey. Whether a fan is attending a game in person, following along live, or interacting through one of our digital platforms, our team plays a role in shaping that experience. While each designer has areas of focus, collaboration is core to how we work. Team boundaries are intentionally flexible, and you’ll regularly partner with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams on a wide range of opportunities and challenges that extend beyond traditional product design.
