We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Manager of our owned channels; Web, Mobile App, and CRM, leading the strategy and creation of premium digital experiences for all customers. The Senior Product Manager will operate at the highest level of Americas digital product leadership, with direct influence over platform direction, global stakeholder relationships, and the commercial performance of Volvo's most important owned digital assets. This role is pivotal in translating the core of our brand into a best-in-class digital experience—where every interaction feels intuitive and personalized. You will shape the future of how customers engage with our brand in a digital-first, journey across web, mobile app, CRM, and in-vehicle touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management (web and mobile)
  • 3+ years in a leadership role owning large-scale consumer-facing digital platforms managing high-performing teams
  • Proven track record delivering premium, customer-facing digital experiences
  • Experience working within globally governed digital platforms, navigating global-versus-local product tensions and advocating for market-specific requirements
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile app product management, including UX, performance optimization, and release management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive digital KPI performance including traffic, engagement, and conversion outcomes
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and commercial stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive, technology, and luxury experience preferably in emerging technologies (electrification, etc.)
  • Exposure to AI-driven personalization, search optimization, and intelligent digital experience tools
  • Experience managing digital platform strategy across both web and native mobile app products
  • MBA or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a cohesive digital product strategy for owned channels to deliver a seamless customer journey
  • Own the product roadmap for high-impact journeys including vehicle discovery, configuration, shopping, delivery, and ownership
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle with a focus on quality, scalability, and speed
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create immersive digital experiences (e.g., digital shopping tools, customer onboarding, storytelling)
  • Partner with AI Product, Data, and Engineering teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into owned platforms, including personalization, search, and intelligent customer experiences
  • Serve as the primary Americas product authority for owned platforms- acting as the strategic bridge between the Americas Digital organization and global engineering and product teams, ensuring local execution excellence with globally governed platforms driving both results and brand differentiation
  • Own platform performance KPIs for owned digital properties, maintaining accountability for traffic, engagement, conversion, and customer experience outcomes
  • Leverage analytics and experimentation to refine premium experiences without compromising brand integrity
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product managers and digital specialists
  • Foster a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration with a customer centric focus
