About The Position

As a Senior UX Designer on the LiveOps team, you will design core workflows and tools that help developers understand player behavior, run live economies, and optimize monetization in real time. This role sits at the intersection of game development, data, and business critical decision making. You will work on complex, high impact systems used daily by live service teams, from indie studios to the biggest games in the world. The problems are meaty, the constraints are real, and the outcomes directly affect how games earn revenue and evolve after launch.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in UX or product design, ideally on complex tools, platforms, or data driven products. Experience with game development, LiveOps, or monetization systems is a strong plus.
  • Comfort designing for technical users and complex workflows. Familiarity with live service games, IAP, analytics, or operational tooling is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy. Ability to turn complex requirements into clear, usable experiences.
  • Experience with modern design and prototyping tools. Familiarity with Unity, game engines, or technical concepts like data models, services, or APIs is a bonus, not a requirement.
  • Ability to lead design work from problem definition to delivery. Confident presenting work, influencing stakeholders, and building alignment through clear storytelling.
  • This position requires the incumbent to have a sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language since the performance of the duties related to this position requires frequent and regular communication with colleagues and partners located worldwide and whose common language is English.
