About The Position

Reddit is hiring a Senior Product Designer for its Ads team. The role shapes tools, systems, and experiences that help businesses succeed on Reddit while keeping ads relevant, useful, and respectful to redditors. Work may span advertiser-facing platform experiences and recommendations or ad surfaces encountered by Reddit users, with a focus on Reporting, Account Management, and Billing products. The designer will turn complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive experiences that help businesses understand performance, optimize outcomes, and manage accounts, permissions, and identity. The role also contributes to ads experiences that feel native to Reddit and align with the expectations, behaviors, and culture of its communities. The designer will work across the full design lifecycle, from early concepts and systems thinking through detailed workflows and polished delivery. They will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and other partners to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and build alignment through exploration, storytelling, communication, and presentation.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
A strong portfolio showcasing design skills for web and mobile applications.
Strong product sensibilities and a mix of B2B and B2C experience.
Comfort with complexity and the ability to find clarity in ambiguous situations.
Strong communication skills when working closely with partners across the company.
Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product.

Responsibilities

Understand the needs of a broad range of advertisers and translate them into powerful, easy-to-use features that help grow their businesses.
Drive alignment across diverse teams through exploration, storytelling, communication, and presentation to peers and leadership.
Identify non-obvious opportunities to improve Reddit’s ads platform and ad experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and other cross-functional partners to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Execute across the design lifecycle, from early concepts and systems thinking through detailed workflows and polished delivery.
Design clear, intuitive Reporting, Account Management, and Billing experiences that help businesses understand performance, optimize outcomes, and manage accounts, permissions, and identity.
