Urban Ridge Supplies•New York, NY
•$150,000 - $180,000•Onsite

About The Position

Revin is hiring its first in-house Senior Product Designer to own product design end-to-end for its dashboard, where operators configure, monitor, and build trust in AI agents handling revenue-critical conversations over SMS, voice, and email. The designer will make a complex AI system intuitive for operators running large, busy businesses, with particular attention to trust, transparency, review, and override experiences. This is a founding design role with responsibility for establishing Revin’s design foundation and shaping how its products and brand look and feel. The designer will partner closely with product and engineering, work directly with customers, and contribute across product design, the design system, marketing, and customer-facing materials. The role is full-time and on-site in New York City.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product design experience.
  • A portfolio of shipped, complex B2B or SaaS products.
  • Strong systems thinking and skill in both high-level flows and detailed visual craft.
  • Fluency with modern design tools, including Figma, and experience building and maintaining design systems.
  • Experience using AI as a core part of the design process, including comfort with Claude Code and Cursor for functional, code-based prototypes; production coding by hand is not required.
  • Comfort designing data-dense, workflow-heavy products where clarity is more important than polish for its own sake.
  • A clear point of view on AI product design, including handling uncertainty, explaining the sources of answers, communicating trust, and failing gracefully.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers and sufficient familiarity with front-end realities such as React and HTML/CSS to partner on implementation and design QA.
  • Customer-focused approach and interest in being close to the people using the product.
  • Ability to learn continuously and work in ambiguity by shipping, learning, and adapting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing human-AI collaboration or agentic workflows that keep people involved in high-stakes decisions.
  • Front-end skills in React or Tailwind, or a track record of shipping alongside engineers in the codebase.
  • Prior experience as a first or early design hire, or establishing a design function, culture, and process from scratch.
  • Ability to define a visual identity and brand system from scratch.
  • Motion, prototyping, or illustration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own product outcomes for the Revin dashboard from problem framing and research through interaction design, high-fidelity UI, and production design QA.
  • Partner as an equal with product managers and engineers to shape what to build.
  • Design AI experiences that help operators understand what an agent did and why, review evidence, override decisions, and recover when the agent makes a mistake.
  • Simplify complex systems and workflows for busy operators while preserving capability.
  • Turn conversations, funnels, bookings, and revenue data into clear information design and actionable visualizations.
  • Prototype at appropriate levels of fidelity using code-based tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, as well as Figma.
  • Own and mature the design system with engineering, bringing the existing shadcn/ui, Radix, Storybook, and Tailwind foundation under a coherent design direction.
  • Partner with engineers on the Next.js, TypeScript, and React front end to ship products and maintain quality through launch and iteration.
  • Speak directly with customers, participate in calls and onboarding, and use customer learning to guide design.
  • Contribute design judgment to the marketing site, brand, and customer-facing collateral as needed.
  • Raise the company-wide design bar and establish groundwork for a future design team.
