About The Position

JustPlay is looking for a Senior Product Designer to contribute to shaping the design vision and elevate our product design function. This is your chance to make a lasting impact on a platform used by millions — with a focus on content discovery, player motivation, and engagement design. You’ll bring proven expertise in gamification, with a demonstrated ability to create experiences that inspire players and drive retention. You’ll drive business impact through design, ensuring every player interaction contributes to JustPlay’s growth and mission. You’ll also help unlock operational efficiency by integrating AI tools and workflows across the digital product development lifecycle, helping teams move faster and smarter. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver both bold long-term ideas and immediate, high-impact improvements.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience designing end-to-end mobile product experiences, ideally in gaming or entertainment
Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes
A portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work
Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement
Expert proficiency in Figma
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to craft

Nice To Haves

Background in loyalty or rewards platforms
Mobile gaming experience.
Deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and the advertising landscape

Responsibilities

Contribute to user experience from conception to launch, developing and advocating the design vision for one of the world's top entertainment apps
Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for the JustPlay app
Develop features that elevate the entire player journey, with emphasis on game discovery and loyalty gamification
Drive measurable business outcomes through design decisions that balance player delight and company growth
Support evolving JustPlay's design guidelines and design system
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions within technical constraints
Apply platform best practices (iOS, Android) to ensure design quality and seamless interactions across devices
Transform research insights and analytics into actionable design concepts
Work with cross-functional leaders to identify where AI and automation can streamline design operations
Establish and maintain effective design processes that scale with your team
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance product usability
Stay current with mobile gaming trends and the advertising ecosystem
Foster a high-performing, growth-minded design team through mentorship and feedback
Champion product design throughout the organization, educating stakeholders and establishing design-led practices
Contribute to building a culture of craft, collaboration, and continuous learning
