At Roblox, the Infrastructure team builds the highly scalable, reliable platforms that power immersive experiences for millions of users globally. As a Senior Product Designer, Agentic Experience, you will shape and scale the next generation of our internal developer platform. You won't just be designing dashboards; you will be pioneering intuitive, self-service tools and AI-assisted workflows that enable our engineering teams to seamlessly manage massive data analytics and machine learning environments.
You’ll partner deeply with product managers and backend engineers to understand highly technical needs, translating dense infrastructure primitives into elegant, unified experiences from discovery through launch. Your work will empower our internal teams to move with speed and confidence, reducing their cognitive load through intelligent, agentic workflows. Crucially, you will bring an uncompromising level of design craft to the enterprise layer - proving that the world's most powerful internal platforms can also be beautifully executed and intuitive.
You have a systematic approach to design, a proven ability to simplify the complex, and a passion for defining new AI-driven interaction patterns. You thrive in the space where deep technical empathy meets high-fidelity execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on solving complex, systems-level problems in highly technical environments.
• Domain expertise in data analytics, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, or developer tooling. You are comfortable diving into backend engineering concepts and translating them into user-friendly experiences.
• Experience in AI/LLM design, with a background in defining user interfaces for agentic workflows, AI assistants, or intelligent automation. You understand how to design for user trust and control in an AI-driven product.
• Expert-level command of modern design stacks. You have high fluency in complex Figma environments (libraries, tokens, file architecture) and seamlessly integrate AI-augmented workflows into your practice. You leverage generative tools as a force multiplier to accelerate iteration, amplify productivity, and elevate your final craft. Using this velocity, you define and enforce an uncompromising quality bar for usability, interaction design, and visual polish within the enterprise layer, proving that internal tools deserve consumer-grade care.
• A profound care for the final product. You possess an obsessive dedication to craft, sweating the smallest details all the way through to production. You believe that every pixel matters, and you refuse to stop refining until the coded experience feels inevitable, effortless, and beautifully resolved.

• Pioneer the "Agentic Experience" (AX): Design intuitive, LLM-powered interfaces that transform how engineers interact with complex data and compute primitives - moving us from reactive dashboards to proactive, intelligent systems.
• Transform highly technical domains: Lead the end-to-end UX design for our massive Analytical Data and Machine Learning platforms, turning deep, backend complexity into frictionless, self-service workflows.
• Unify the developer ecosystem: Audit and elevate a landscape of fragmented developer tools, combining them into a cohesive, beautifully crafted platform that engineers actually want to use.
• Bridge design and engineering: Partner closely with product managers and backend infrastructure engineers, navigating deep technical constraints without ever compromising on user experience or design fidelity.
• Set the gold standard for craft: Define and enforce an uncompromising quality bar for usability, interaction design, and visual polish within the enterprise layer, proving that internal tools deserve consumer-grade care.
