About The Position

The Senior Product Delivery Analyst will analyze current and new business and technical processes, identify system interfaces and dependencies, and document process and system flows. The role collaborates with engineering teams and business and technology partners to assess systems, identify dependencies, sequence work, and support enhancements to existing applications and development of new product offerings.

The analyst leads analysis using process flows, screen mockups, data, use cases, and other relevant tools; evaluates feasibility, costs, benefits, and system designs; and helps teams define business and system requirements. The role also supports decision-making with data, partners with engineering and business teams on test coverage and requirements, assesses existing and developing systems, maintains feature-design documentation and user-training materials, and improves product-delivery processes.

The position is part of Fidelity Digital Assets’ Product Delivery team, which delivers platform capabilities for institutional clients and platform consumers and supports digital-asset products. The team works closely with business partners and engineering teams and seeks to improve its delivery practices and address complex business challenges. Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. The job description notes that Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout; onsite expectations vary by role and location and may evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a business-related field.
• At least 5 years of experience related to analysis and product delivery.
• Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
• Moderate expertise in end-to-end process analysis and tools and techniques for data presentation and analysis, including REST API technologies, SQL, JSON, and Postman, Insomnia, or Bruno.
• Analytical mindset capable of assessing work magnitude and impact at a granular level, including individual user stories.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and ability to measure, collect, and use data while balancing intuition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and technical acumen to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with flexibility and adaptability.
• Willingness to understand code for analysis and support purposes.
• Ability to understand an application’s technology and software architecture.

• Evaluate existing and in-development systems for functionality, dependability, and maintainability.
• Produce and maintain system feature design documentation and user training materials.
• Implement product-delivery process efficiencies and best practices.
