About The Position

As a Senior Product Delivery Analyst with Fidelity Digital Assets, you will analyze current and new business and technical processes, identify system interfaces and dependencies, and document process and system flows. You will collaborate with engineering teams within the domain and across business and technology teams to assess systems, identify dependencies, and sequence work as existing applications are enhanced and new product offerings are developed. The role supports the Fidelity Digital Assets Product Delivery team in enhancing and delivering platform capabilities for institutional clients and platform consumers. You will help deliver digital asset products, improve the product delivery practice, and contribute to solutions that address complex challenges and advance the business. The position requires curiosity, adaptability, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across business and technology teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a business-related field.
At least 5 years of experience related to analysis and product delivery.
Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
Moderate expertise in end-to-end process analysis and tools and techniques for data presentation and analysis, including REST API technologies, SQL, JSON, and Postman, Insomnia, or Bruno.
Analytical mindset capable of assessing the magnitude and impact of work at a granular level, including individual user stories.
Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to measure, collect, and use data effectively while balancing intuition.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the technical acumen to drive outcomes and influence stakeholders.
Ability to navigate ambiguity with flexibility and adaptability.
Willingness to understand code for analysis and support purposes.
Ability to understand application technology and software architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis efforts using process flows, screen mockups, data, use cases, and other relevant analysis tools.
Perform feasibility and cost-benefit analysis and make recommendations to systems design in support of high-quality solutions.
Develop positive relationships and champion a collaborative team environment.
Extract, analyze, and provide data to support decision-making.
Work with engineering and business teams to ensure adequate test coverage for system changes and enhancements and to verify requirements are met.
Question the purpose and value of proposed features and enhancements.
Lead team members in clearly defining the scope of problems in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes.
Evaluate existing and in-development system designs for functionality, dependability, and maintainability.
Produce and maintain system feature design documentation and user training materials.
Implement product delivery process efficiencies and best practices.
