About The Position

The Senior Product Business Manager owns the annual operating lifecycle of ACT’s B2G business, managing onboarding, renewals, and readiness activities that recur with each school year and contract duration. The role keeps day-to-day B2G product operations running smoothly so Product Managers can focus on strategy, roadmap, and build decisions. It is focused on execution and operations rather than product strategy, and serves as the primary point of contact for operational and contractual matters and as a product liaison for cross-functional partners. The position ensures testing dates, pricing, contracts, and specialized deliverables are handled accurately and on time. It manages operational decisions, incident resolutions, customer escalations, stakeholder communications, annual product activities, pricing and contract updates, contractual deliverables, and operational contributions to RFP responses. The role is remote and based in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
