Requirements

Real time experience in Service Oriented Design and Technology (Rest APIs, Micro Services, Kafka, Webservices, MQ messaging)
Sound knowledge of tools like Confluence, JIRA, Visio
Excellent data querying and analysis skills using SQL
Extensive experience in technical business analysis in related industry
Experience with Cloud Solutions and/or RDBMS
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Must have a solid ability to analyze complex system requirements

Nice To Haves

Prior Web based development experience is a plus (J2EE, Web services, API development, Data streaming etc.,)
Prior experience in financial / banking institutions is a plus, especially with digital or payments-related products

Responsibilities

Support Product Owner in developing and maintaining a roadmap/pipeline
Schedule and lead technical elaboration sessions with stakeholders and tech partners; gather testable system requirements and translate them into use cases, documenting user personas and writing Functional Specification Documents as part of user stories
Collaborate with Tech Leads/Architects during solution design/architecture
Elicit System Technical Requirements and associated Data requirements
Conduct technical JAD sessions and understand interface/integration approach
Define/write API specifications with external/internal systems (Define Request/Response data structures Json, yml, Avro and xml)
Design thought process and data mapping
Creating Technical Process Flows: Data Flow Diagrams, swim-lane diagrams and Sequence diagrams
Support during internal testing and functional testing using Postman or SOAP UI
Work closely with the System User Acceptance Test team to ensure all identified scenarios are properly tested
Serve as the primary liaison between the Business, Architecture, Development and Testing teams
