Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in production, with a focus on branded or commercial content
  • Proven ability to lead on-set productions and manage cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills
  • Experience executing complex builds or large-scale, multi-layered productions
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards

  • Established relationships within production and vendor networks are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production across branded content projects, from concept development through final execution
  • Oversee on-set operations, ensuring productions run efficiently, safely, and on schedule
  • Manage and build strong relationships with on-screen talent, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors including crew, locations, and equipment, aligning with creative and budget goals
  • Develop and manage production budgets, tracking costs and ensuring accurate reconciliation of invoices and payments
  • Drive pre-production planning, including decks, schedules, call sheets, and logistics coordination
  • Supervise on-location shoots, troubleshoot real-time challenges, and maintain production momentum
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and post-production teams to ensure cohesive execution from shoot through delivery
