The Senior Producer manages programs independently from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and strong client satisfaction. This role is responsible for day-to-day production leadership, vendor coordination, and on-site management. The Senior Producer is a reliable operator who can run programs with minimal supervision while supporting junior team members. Requirements

5–8+ years of experience in live production or event management
Strong understanding of AV, staging, logistics, and venue coordination
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Confidence leading on-site operations
Ability to travel regularly

Responsibilities

Manage production planning and execution for meetings, events, and keynote sessions
Develop timelines, run-of-shows, and staffing plans
Coordinate vendors, venues, and internal teams
Manage program budgets and track expenses
Lead rehearsals and on-site execution
Serve as the primary operational contact for clients
Identify and resolve issues proactively
