About The Position

PRA is seeking a Senior Producer for Live Production. This role involves independently managing programs from the planning stage through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high client satisfaction. The Senior Producer will be responsible for day-to-day production leadership, coordinating with vendors, and managing on-site operations. The ideal candidate is a reliable operator capable of running programs with minimal supervision while also supporting junior team members. The position is hybrid, requiring a combination of working from home, travel, and commuting to an office in Denver. Applicants must reside in the Denver area.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in live production or event management
• Strong understanding of AV, staging, logistics, and venue coordination
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Confidence leading on-site operations
• Ability to travel regularly
• Must be based in the Denver area

Responsibilities

• Manage production planning and execution for meetings, events, and keynote sessions
• Develop timelines, run-of-shows, and staffing plans
• Coordinate vendors, venues, and internal teams
• Manage program budgets and track expenses
• Lead rehearsals and on-site execution
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients
• Identify and resolve issues proactively
