Requirements

  • University degree in Business or IT
  • Significant experience across Procurement, Supply Chain, Procurement Technology, or Management Consulting
  • Deep expertise in procurement technology management, including backlog management, KPIs, and applying LLMs
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and craft clear messages for senior stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a matrix organisation
  • Strategic, action-oriented and inclusive thinker who understands both the power of technology and the human change management that underpins it.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified expertise in Scrum/SAFe, LEAN, or Change Management
  • Technical/coding experience or familiarity with low/no-code platforms
  • Business fluency in German, in addition to business fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Drive the digital procurement strategy — identifying and delivering approaches that move the wider roadmap forward.
  • Take ownership of designated solutions as the subject-matter expert, with an immediate focus on external workforce solutions and their governance and direction.
  • Optimize processes and solutions continuously, maximizing value through analytics and data insights.
  • Collaborate across the matrix — partnering with Procurement, IT, Business Process Management and external vendors to align priorities and enhance enabling technologies.
  • Build governance excellence — developing frameworks, guides, tools and training, and overseeing key configurations such as workflow, thresholds and access control in no-code contexts.
  • Shape vendor roadmaps — managing relationships with solution providers and influencing their products to meet Roche's needs.
