About The Position

This role will lead the rollout of a more sustainable, circular approach to procurement across the department—ensuring recycled content requirements are embedded into planning, purchasing, and end-to-end contract management, while supporting the delivery of key Net Zero commitments. You will drive projects that increase awareness and capability, embed these requirements into policies, systems, and templates, and establish strong reporting, governance, and data processes to track progress and performance. Success in this role requires achieving consistent uptake across teams with varying levels of readiness, integrating new requirements into established processes, and influencing both suppliers and stakeholders with competing priorities. The role involves partnering across the business to provide clear advice, strengthen procurement practices, build capability, and continuously improve outcomes—while coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance is practical, measurable, and sustainable over time.
