Senior Process Operator (2nd Shift)

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial setting.
- Completion of site-specific safety and operator training.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of chemicals or waste water treatment preferred.
- Manufacturing or plant experience.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Ability to complete 40-hour hazardous waste operations training (Site-Specific - Carbon).
Responsibilities
- Monitor equipment throughout the shift to ensure proper operation.
- Load and unload deliveries to/from regional branches.
- Enter required documentation into computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs when needed.
- Contribute to overall division performance and results.
- Support internal and external customer needs and expectations.
- Bag products, prepare samples, and perform testing (Carbon Area).
- Manage spent carbon feed to the reactivation furnace (Carbon Area).
- Switch tank feeds between spent-carbon tanks (Carbon Area).
- Calibrate pH probes (Carbon Area).
- Operate a filter press (Carbon Area).
- Run the facility wastewater treatment plant (Carbon Area).
- Sort bottles by size and resin type (Regen Area).
- Operate a forklift to move bottles/materials throughout the plant and on/off trucks (Regen Area).
- Evacuate bottles and create resin batches (Regen Area).
- Fill and conduct quality tests on SDI products (full start-to-finish process) (Regen Area).
