Colorado Access is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Project Manager to help shape our vision and support our mission. This role involves transforming business processes, improving operational efficiency, and increasing transparency around process improvement. The ideal candidate will manage expert-led improvement projects, analyze data to drive initiatives, and consult with leaders across the enterprise to foster a culture of process improvement. This position also plays a key role in delivering and updating the Improvement Academy training, providing post-training coaching, and maintaining the IA projects dashboard. The Senior Process Improvement Project Manager will provide project management and oversight for a portfolio of projects, utilizing expertise in project management, business operations, and the healthcare industry to ensure successful completion. This includes managing cross-functional teams, defining project scope and requirements, and overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. The role requires proactive management of schedules, resources, communications, and quality standards, as well as collaboration with outside resources and internal departments. Upon project completion, the role involves creating final reports, providing performance feedback, and measuring customer satisfaction.
