Colorado Access is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Project Manager to help shape their vision and support their mission of transforming business processes, improving operational efficiency, and increasing transparency around process improvement. This role involves managing large-scale, cross-functional improvement projects, collecting and analyzing data to drive initiatives, and consulting with leaders to foster a culture of process improvement. The position also includes delivering and updating improvement training through the established Improvement Academy, providing post-training coaching, and maintaining the IA projects dashboard. The Senior Process Improvement Project Manager will provide project management and oversight across all project lifecycle stages for the portfolio of COA projects, utilizing broad knowledge of project management, business operations, and the healthcare industry. They will manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget, define project scope, manage risks and issues, and ensure project success through coaching and feedback. Performance measurement, risk monitoring, and project closure activities are also key responsibilities. The role requires maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
