This role also supports key downstream operations, including the powder coat line and pedestal assembly line, and will play a critical role in the implementation and ramp-up of a second pedestal assembly line. You will partner cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve throughput, reduce downtime, and ensure processes are stable, efficient, and scalable.
