We are seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join our engineering team at our Anderson, SC facility. The Process Improvement Engineer will own engineering process governance, documentation, and optimization for the Busbar Line of Business — with an expanded scope that includes engineering change management (ECM) lifecycle oversight. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and enforcing standardized engineering workflows that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality, while also governing the engineering change process from initiation through closure to ensure changes are executed accurately, traceably, and on time. Busbar products are mission-critical power distribution systems engineered to order for data centers, communication networks, and industrial environments. In this high-mix, fast-paced environment, both workflow governance and change control are essential to maintaining product quality, regulatory compliance, and delivery performance. The Process Improvement Engineer will serve as the engineering representative on the Change Control Board (CCB) and will partner closely with the manufacturing change management function to ensure seamless coordination between engineering-initiated changes and production execution. The ideal candidate has a track record of improving engineering operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with demonstrated experience in both process optimization and engineering change management. This opportunity is for someone who wants to work within a technically driven team with minimal functional management. We look for people who are 100% team oriented, self-driven, and technically proficient.
