About The Position

ASRC Federal Netcentric Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to support the Kirtland AFB Engineering Operations Services (KEOS) contract in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The KEOS contract is a base maintenance/operations support-type contract, also known as BMC or BOS. This role involves developing, refining, and enhancing daily processes to streamline workflow and expedite document approvals within government construction project planning and engineering departments. The analyst will optimize the full life-cycle project management by driving process improvements, improve planning and project programming workflows, and provide quality control/assurance by conducting regular checks for compliance with best practices and requirements. The position also includes revising processes as needed, coordinating with external functions, preparing and coordinating approval submissions for USAF-specific requirement packages, and assisting in status tracking and coordination of pre- and post-project execution processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in applied science (Architectural/Engineering Technology, Drafting, Planning or related degree); relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience related to construction planning, design, and/or execution.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles in the context of process establishment and improvement.
  • Possess and employ excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Be able to take initiative and work independently without direct supervision.
  • Be able to collect, analyze, and summarize data and processes.
  • Possess competent and effective computer skills to include using Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Must have proficient English oral and written communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate with employees, management, and customers.
  • Must be a US citizen and currently possess or be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen.
  • Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management from a program certified by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
  • Experience working in a military environment and familiarity with US Air Force Civil Engineering guidance, rules, and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and enhance daily processes to streamline workflow and expedite document approvals within the government for the construction project planning and engineering departments.
  • Optimize full life-cycle project management by driving process improvements across all project stages, from initiation to close-out.
  • Improve planning and project programming workflows to support efficient project development and execution.
  • Provide for quality control/assurance by conducting regular checks that all team members are following best practices and are complying with requirements through established processes.
  • Revise processes as needed to ensure optimal effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external functions, such as Operations, Environmental, and Real Property to optimally execute requirements during the project life-cycle.
  • Prepare and coordinate approval submissions for USAF-specific requirement packages.
  • Assist in the status tracking and coordination of pre- and post-project execution processes to include environmental reviews, airfield waivers, drawing as-builts, and real property capitalization documentation.
