The Senior Principal Tech Support Specialist completes assignments and directs the work activities of others in the Technical Support discipline. They are capable of solving unique and complex problems and acting as a subject matter expert. This role allows for autonomous work within established procedures and practices. The Senior Principal Tech Support Specialist is expected to lead others in solving complex problems and to apply analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. This position directly impacts the achievement of customer, operational, or service objectives.
