Senior Principal Systems Engineer for Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions
About The Position
As a systems engineer in the Space, Cyber, and Intelligence business area, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for Crypto and Cross Domain Solutions. The position is fully on-site in Scottsdale, Arizona, and requires a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hire. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work. The role calls for demonstrated success leading the systems development life cycle, technical leadership, collaboration, strong communication and influence skills, negotiation, and a commitment to professional development. The engineer will also identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related science, engineering, or mathematics field and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at the time of hire.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Demonstrated success leading the systems development life cycle.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influence management skills, with a record of securing buy-in.
- Ability to negotiate and meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions.
