Join Sanofi’s Target, Disease and Systems Biology (TDSB) team as a key contributor to the Disease Genetics and Genomics cluster. This role combines real-world evidence generation and disease genomics, using large-scale electronic health records (EHRs) and population biobanks to understand disease trajectories and evaluate indication expansion opportunities. You will collaborate with computational and experimental scientists and support drug discovery and development across Sanofi therapeutic areas, from early indication prioritization to business development evaluation of external assets. The role applies EHR-based methods—including foundation models and classical statistical approaches—to generate real-world evidence at scale. It defines curated disease cohorts and progression endpoints for target trial emulation and genomic analyses, and supports Sanofi’s engagement with population biobanks such as FinnGen and All of Us. You will work in an agile environment with industry-leading data infrastructure and collaborate with disease area experts, medical teams, and therapeutic program leads to translate analysis into R&D impact.
