About The Position

Precision AQ is hiring an Associate Research Scientist to join its Real-World Evidence (RWE) team. The team conducts real-world studies in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with the role contributing to multiple cross-functional projects as an analytics expert. The position involves preparing and analyzing primary and secondary data, developing study protocols and analysis plans, designing RWE studies, and communicating results internally and externally. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research, such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health.
Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
0–2 years of relevant prior research experience, including research conducted for undergraduate or graduate programs.
Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team.
Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship.
