Prescient is looking for an experienced Life Sciences Consulting Senior Principal to join our ever-expanding Commercial Practice. This role involves building and shaping successful pharma brands of the future by understanding customer and patient behavior and applying this to brand strategy. The position offers the opportunity to work across a mix of strategy consulting projects that draw from competitor, customer, medical, and commercial insights. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional interested in being part of a dynamic team of self-starters, working with global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients across the full product life cycle. As a Senior Principal, you will be a key driver of the day-to-day growth of the Commercial US business, winning and leading projects, building and nurturing high-value long-term relationships with clients, and managing and coaching the team. You will be the go-to person for clients, establishing yourself as a credible strategic advisor to VP level, supported by Prescient senior leaders. You will lead, stretch, and inspire a team of Engagement Managers and Associate Consultants to deliver high-quality insight-led strategic projects effectively, efficiently, and profitably. Your focus should be broad, looking for opportunities to build and expand client relationships, add value to brands and businesses, and deliver on the "land and expand" account growth model. This role requires top-drawer strategic thinking skills with a strong focus on the customer, the ability to challenge client and internal teams to think beyond the obvious, strong facilitation and client management skills, and an entrepreneurial, growth-focused mindset.
