About The Position

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. (25% travel). May telecommute. Requirements

  • Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) including design, development, implementation, configuration, and defect management
  • Implementation experience in Financial Crime & Compliance Management (FCCM) including AML, KYC, ECM, Compliance Regulatory Reporting (US-SAR, CA-STR, GoAML), and Operational Risk solutions
  • Implementation of OFSAA frameworks including OJET, Forms, Run Rule, Process Modeling, Scenario Manager, Workflow Manager, and OFSAA Forms Manager; OFSAA Data Modeling including FSDM; batch processing including T2T, F2T, DTs, and ETL/data integration using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
  • Advanced SQL and PL/SQL including queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, debugging, and Oracle database performance tuning; experience with data sources including Oracle databases, XML files, CSV/TXT flat files, Microsoft Excel, and OAS reporting including dashboards and regulatory analytics
  • Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience including requirements analysis, system design, OFSAA configuration, unit/integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production support
  • Middle tier technologies like Web logic, Tomcat
  • Functional domain expertise in Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) product suite, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Enterprise Case Management (ECM), Compliance Regulatory Reporting (CRR), FCCM Compliance Studio, OFS Operational Risk
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Principal Consultant-related occupation.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept 2 years of work experience.
