Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of environmental consulting experience
  • Proven success in client-facing roles and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations across industrial, energy, agricultural, or commercial sectors
  • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for growing business and developing others
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Professional licensure (PG or PE) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful connections: Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and industry peers through proactive outreach, networking, and exceptional project delivery.
  • Lead with purpose and energy: Inspire high-performing teams, maintain momentum across projects, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
  • Drive business and project success: Oversee project performance—including budgets, timelines, and resources—ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Be the face of our brand: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, helping expand our visibility and reputation.
  • Develop and empower talent: Lead, coach, and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented environment.
  • Expand our client base: Partner with business development and program leaders to identify, pursue, and win new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Deliver technical excellence: Provide expertise and oversight on complex environmental projects, including: Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Soil, vapor, and groundwater investigations, Remedial action planning and implementation, Proposal development, cost estimating, and reporting.
