Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. Leads end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support for Oracle Financial Services FCCM solutions. Collaborates directly with client stakeholders to conduct requirements gathering, perform gap analysis, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Builds and customizes user interface screens using Oracle’s OJET Framework and OFSAA Forms Framework (v8.1.2), ensuring alignment with regulatory workflows and user experience standards. Designs and implements PMF (Process Management Framework) workflows, including task orchestration, rule definitions, gateways, and pre-rule configurations to support Enterprise Case Management (ECM) and Regulatory Reporting (CRR, US-SAR). Develops backend logic using Oracle SQL/PL/SQL, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and views to support user interface actions and compliance reporting. Creates and manages database objects that connect UI components to backend FCCM processes, supporting seamless case management and regulatory submissions. Troubleshoots and resolves data quality and performance issues, works across data transformation pipelines and runtime rule frameworks. Provides production support post-deployment, including bug fixes, enhancements, user training, and documentation handoff. Collaborates with global Oracle teams and external clients on the delivery and customization of FCCM applications, drives compliance solutions tailored to regional and international regulatory requirements.
