The purpose of this function is to: Increase global external awareness and insight generation, Elevate the quality and intensity of strategic debate, Improve conviction in commercial decision-making, Identify inflection points before they become consensus, Bridge global market intelligence with internal commercial strategy. This group will serve as a high-leverage insight engine for global Commercial leadership - influencing pricing, portfolio prioritization, retailer strategy, innovation focus, and capital allocation decisions across regions.
