Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking an experienced and motivated Capital Integrated Product Team Lead to support the LADS Capital efforts. This position is onsite based in Tucson, Arizona.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Program Manager Certification level 6 with experience managing cost, schedule and execution for capital or technical programs.
  • Experience planning, managing and leading teams onsite in addition to directing procurement activities and receipt of material.
  • The ability to obtain an Interim-Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading a multi-discipline team in a matrix environment focused on execution.
  • Experience in lab or facility development to support engineering activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively operate in a high pressure/high profile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for cost, schedule, planning and execution for Capital projects that may include lab equipment, procurement, Hardware in the Loop Equipment, Development of Software Development Areas (SDAs) and Hardware Labs.
  • This responsibility will include coordinating with planning, finance, & leadership to execute Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
  • Lead a team of multidisciplinary team members including facilities, contractors, engineers, contractors and technicians.
  • Direct the activities of team members including providing technical guidance, direction, and act as a mentor to your staff.
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon.
  • Work closely with property management of tracking of assets.
