About The Position

This role is responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, ensuring that it remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly changing business landscape. The role develops strategic recommendations by overseeing synthesis of data, conduction of in-depth analysis, and rigorous testing of hypotheses, ensuring well-informed strategic choices. The role works with large, cross-functional teams to facilitate projects and collaborates across businesses to align strategy with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ yrs in PS category, pricing strategy, or commercial roles
  • Deep understanding of PS market, channels, and competitors
  • Experience developing PRDs and leading strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level influence
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary strategic pricing interface to Category leadership, co-developing and pressure-testing category pricing strategies, and owning the translation into actionable PRDs.
  • Act as "Pricing GMs" for their respective Categories.
  • Co-develop detailed pricing strategies (global, regional, market, segment-specific) with Category leadership, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Own the creation and sign-off of PRDs for their Categories.
  • Champion value-based pricing and monitor market/competitive dynamics. (Dotted-line reporting to Categories).
