About The Position

As the Senior Pricing Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting, through data, pricing strategy execution, pricing structure optimization, and data-driven business decisions. In this role, you will lead and execute urgent business critical ad-hoc exploratory analysis, broader pricing analytics and reporting solutions that help improve pricing visibility, consistency, and performance across the business. This professional will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and IT, to ensure pricing insights, reporting, and data management processes deliver meaningful business value. You will work very closely with our Pricing Global Process Leads and Subject Matter experts globally, as well as Business contacts to deliver ad-hoc business critical pricing analytics. You will translate business needs into actionable pricing analysis, reporting, and automation solutions. You will actively leverage and support management and validation of pricing-related data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports. You will work across complex datasets, business rules, and system structures, partnering closely with IT and business stakeholders. You will provide analytical insights and recommendations to support pricing decisions and margin improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify pricing opportunities, risks, and process improvement areas. You will promote a data-driven culture by delivering clear, actionable insights to business stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years of experience in pricing analytics, business analytics, commercial finance, or related analytical roles in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Five (5) years of experience in knowledge of pricing structures, pricing processes, and pricing analysis.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization
  • Knowledge of SQL

Nice To Haves

  • Specialization/Master’s/MBA, preferably in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Experience with pricing strategy, margin analysis, and commercial performance reporting
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms and languages such as Python, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, and enterprise data environments such as SAP and other legacy systems
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple business functions
  • Proven track record in translating business requirements into analytical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into business recommendations
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong data management experience, including data validation, cleansing, and governance
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
