Requirements

• College degree highly preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or Math.
• Demonstrate ability to utilize graphic software.
• Must be accurate.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work with large amounts of data for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft SharePoint, and Eone would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate IBSA and Distributor pricing on a scheduled monthly basis.
• Prepare accurate territorial descriptions and maps for Distributor contracts, utilizing amendments and applicable research.
• Monitor Marketing Rebate enrollments and resolve any payment issues directly with Distributors.
• Fulfill specific EIS responsibilities.
• Evaluate and approve distribution rebate requests.
• Prepare distributor pricing publications, update Part & Price pricing and shipping codes, and distribute pricing reports.
• Update and maintain the highly complex Excel files.
• Process data for product changes and distribute summary report.
• Update and maintain Part & Price database.
• Update and distribute the weekly pricing analyses report.
• Review daily pricing exception reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Create Distributor territorial descriptions and maps as required.
• Monitor automated enrollment of Marketing Rebate dealers including the answering of Distributor questions.
• Manually process unpaid Marketing Rebates.
• Maintain BCI (Battery council International) data files.
• Maintain vehicle registration data files.
