The Solution Engineer is a key member of our B2B customer account team, specializing in leveraging Shure's innovation to deliver exceptional value to clients across large‑scale events, broadcast, and content production environments. This role is responsible for generating demand by prospecting, qualifying, educating, and proposing tailored Professional Audio solutions that address the evolving needs of our customers. Success in this position requires advanced communication skills, technical expertise in wireless systems, experience in relationship-based sales, and a commitment to achieving business growth targets. As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will lead strategic customer engagements, mentors and develops junior solutions engineers, and drives innovation in Professional Audio solutions for high-impact accounts. This role is accountable for designing complex solutions, representing Shure at industry events, and influencing best practices across the organization. This will be a hybrid role, based out of our Nashville, TN office.
