The Senior Policy Analyst, reporting to the Manager, SPP, will provide expertise, advisory services, and lead complex policy projects. This role involves consultation and relationship building with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including provincial government ministries, central agencies, private sector organizations, and counterparts in other provincial jurisdictions. The position requires an understanding of the organization's strategic and long-range goals, particularly its commitment to Truth and Reconciliation and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and will lead complex policy initiatives through all stages, from strategic planning and development to successful implementation, aiming to create more equitable and inclusive policies.
