About The Position

Life360 is seeking a Senior Platform Operations Coordinator to join their Marketplace Strategy team. This role will be responsible for managing the programmatic deals that drive Life360's exchange business. The individual will become an expert on the Life360 Ads platform and DSP partnerships, ensuring campaign performance and client satisfaction. The position reports to the Marketplace Platform Operations Manager and involves collaboration with various internal teams including Sales, Client Service, Analytics, Ad Operations, Engineering, and Product. This is a remote-first position within the US, suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems at the intersection of technology, data, and client success.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in large DSP platforms (TTD, DV360, and Amazon DSP preferred)
  • 2–3 years of campaign management and client-facing experience
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and a knack for staying calm when things get complicated
  • Comfort working both independently and as part of a tight-knit team
  • The ability to pick up new technology fast and run with it
  • Strong organizational skills and serious attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
  • Ability to work well with & without constant direction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • A BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Life360's direct-sold programmatic deals across integrated DSPs
  • Troubleshoot deal issues quickly and escalate technical issues to engineering when needed
  • Train and certify as an internal expert on all DSP partnerships
  • Monitor deal health daily to make sure campaigns pace and perform on target
  • Spot in-campaign upsell opportunities for high-performing PMPs and products that match client goals
  • Support campaign assembly and optimization for audience scale and inventory curation to exceed client KPIs
  • Model deal pacing and revenue trends to support accurate forecasting and help the business plan ahead with confidence
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Collaborate with Platform Operations Director, Sales, and Product to shape strategic initiatives
  • Build and grow strong client relationships that keep them coming back
