The Senior Plant Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting, including reviewing financial statements, tracking KPIs, and preparing detailed reports to assess company performance and support strategic decisions. This role participates in the annual budgeting process, 5-year business plan, and prepares regular financial forecasts by collaborating with various department heads. The analyst will also support PC/APC with standard costing for new products and annual standards, maintain and distribute reporting records of operational expenses and inventories, and serve as a reporting unit liaison with the central PTP team. Additionally, the role involves reconciling supplier statements, preparing account reconciliations, monitoring and reconciling intercompany transactions, and supporting month-end closing activities. The analyst will also identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and policies, ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and validate the accuracy of financial data. Additional responsibilities include participating in function-related meetings, serving as proxy to the Assistant Controller, and supporting physical inventories.
