Here, you will make an impact by: Providing financial insights and developing predictive analytics to support plant financial performance. Leading plant and business teams through the annual forecasting process, including preparation and submission of the plant’s annual P&L and Balance Sheet Operating Plan. Preparing accurate weekly and monthly financial forecasts, performing variance analysis, and supporting month-end close activities for the plant. Ensuring compliance with 3M Global Financial Standards and GAAP requirements. Maintaining accurate costing for current SKUs during the annual inventory revaluation process and throughout the year as needed. Analyzing financial return on investment and driving improved returns on plant expenditures, including AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) initiatives. Providing financial support to other plants, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Six (6) years of experience in Finance, or Accounting, or manufacturing supply chain in a private, public, government, or military environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

  • Possess an MBA, CMA, or CPA certification.
  • Demonstrate the ability to act as a change agent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Providing financial insights and developing predictive analytics to support plant financial performance.
