Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing, plant, or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Track and optimize production costs, oversee inventory valuation, manage scrap metrics, and analyze operational variances at the manufacturing plant.
• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring precise general ledger reconciliations under GAAP.
• Partner directly with plant leadership to analyze site performance, build robust budgets, and develop accurate financial forecasts.
• Maintain financial integrity by ensuring strict adherence to corporate financial policies and regulatory requirements.
