Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Interest in working with data, analysis, and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to ERP systems (experience with systems like Syteline is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis to support business decisions
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Help manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and cash transactions
- Participate in tracking inventory, sales, and financial performance metrics
- Maintain and monitor fixed assets and capital expenditures
- Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, etc.)
- Support cash forecasting and daily financial activities
