About The Position

Kimley-Horn’s community planning team is growing and has a rewarding opportunity for a motivated Senior Planner. The successful candidate will be a leader in a practice specializing in grants and district support while also growing our community planning and historic preservation practice. This individual will have an entrepreneurial spirit and create a vision for growth for our Land Planning Services practice team while growing their own projects, clients and team around them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related discipline
  • Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
  • Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably
