We are looking for a Senior Planner, Shutdown to support the implementation and monitoring of Manage Physical Assets processes and system compliance. Requirements

  • A strong commitment to your own safety and the safety and wellbeing of others
  • A relevant technical degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in maintenance planning within an industrial or similar environment
  • Familiarity with asset management and scheduling tools such as SAP, Maximo, Primavera P6, or MS Project
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of maintenance work management processes
  • Experience contributing to continuous improvement, including post-shutdown reviews, capturing lessons learned, and implementing improvements

Responsibilities

  • Optimize planned and unplanned downtime to support equipment reliability and reduce future risk
  • Maintain accurate schedules and resource planning to ensure work is coordinated safely within approved timeframes
  • Provide clear forecasts, risk assessments, and scenario insights to support balanced decision-making between production and asset integrity
  • Support governance, quality assurance, and compliance across shutdown planning activities
  • Improve communication and execution by maintaining centralized planning data and version control
