About The Position

The Senior Performance Test Engineer will support performance readiness across all UBOS releases by following PTC SDLC and quality governance processes. The role defines performance-testing strategy, scope, workloads, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria, then designs and executes performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using NeoLoad across SAP BRIM, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP S/4HANA and supporting modules, SAP Datasphere, Dynamics CE CRM, middleware and integrations, and customer-facing channels. The engineer simulates enterprise workloads such as tolling transactions, mediation events, billing cycles, payment processing, CRM interactions, analytics queries, batch jobs, and peak-volume scenarios. They validate concurrent users, high-volume API traffic, batch processing, SAP financial operations, and CRM-to-SAP and SAP-to-CRM integrations, including synchronous and asynchronous patterns, APIs, message queues, and batch interfaces. The role includes monitoring and analyzing performance across application, integration, analytics, and infrastructure layers; identifying bottlenecks; and producing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with go/no-go recommendations. The position develops and maintains NeoLoad scripts, performs API, integration, and data-pipeline performance testing, integrates tests with CI/CD pipelines where applicable, and establishes baselines for release benchmarking and regression analysis. It supports Journi SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Show-backs, Go-Live, and Hypercare, and promotes performance-testing best practices and continuous improvement across UBOS programs. All work must be documented using Commission formats or templates, and the resource must follow Commission standards, policies, and procedures. This is primarily a remote role for a candidate residing in the Continental United States, with onsite attendance in Middletown, Pennsylvania, including one week per month on a Commission-set schedule. Onsite attendance is required for orientation, specified project activities, and potentially rotating post-go-live support tours. Equipment is provided for remote connectivity. Candidates must pass ePATCH and ClearChecks background checks before starting.
