About The Position

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an SAP BRIM Program Manager to support the planning, governance, coordination, and reporting of SAP BRIM transformation programs. This role involves working closely with project managers, BRIM leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful program execution. The position is based in Foster City, CA, and requires on-site work 5 days per week.

Requirements

5+ years of PMO/project management experience, preferably in SAP programs.
Understanding of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash processes.
Strong skills in project tracking, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

SAP BRIM/S4HANA implementation experience.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
Experience managing global teams and SI/vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
Maintain RAID logs and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
Coordinate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and follow-ups.
Track project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and vendor activities.
Coordinate across BRIM workstreams such as CC, CM, CI, SOM, and FI-CA.
Support testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare planning.
Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
Facilitate communication between business, IT, vendors, and system integrators.
