About The Position

Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both. The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist leads the strategy, execution, optimization, and ongoing improvement of paid acquisition programs. The role independently owns paid media strategy and optimization while partnering across marketing to improve campaign messaging, landing page experiences, experimentation, and performance analysis to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition, with demonstrated experience independently owning paid media strategy and optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record managing and optimizing meaningful paid media budgets and delivering measurable business results.
  • Advanced experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid platforms is an asset.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking; familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo.
  • Google Ads certification or equivalent demonstrated platform expertise.
  • Experience developing landing page briefs, messaging recommendations, and CRO tests in partnership with web, design, or development teams.
  • Strong performance copywriting and editing skills, particularly for ads, headlines, landing pages, offers, and calls to action.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, attribution, and paid directories.

  • experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid platforms is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Own keyword and audience strategy, bidding, budget allocation, campaign structure, ad copy, and ongoing optimization.
  • Translate business, pipeline, and revenue objectives into paid media strategies and channel plans.
  • Proactively identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities and recommend changes to improve efficiency and business impact.
  • Develop a structured testing roadmap across campaigns, audiences, bidding strategies, offers, and creative.
  • Evaluate new channels, campaign types, and platform capabilities and recommend opportunities for testing.
  • Recommend landing page improvements based on search intent, campaign messaging, audience needs, and conversion performance.
  • Write and optimize performance-focused ad and landing page copy, including headlines, offers, and calls to action.
  • Partner with web, design, and content teams to develop and improve campaign landing pages.
  • Build and execute structured A/B tests across landing pages, messaging, offers, and conversion paths.
  • Use conversion data and test results to identify opportunities and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze paid media and funnel performance using advertising platforms, web analytics, CRM data, and other reporting tools.
  • Connect channel-level metrics to downstream outcomes including MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Identify performance patterns and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain reporting that accurately communicates performance, efficiency, ROI, and progress against targets.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and other stakeholders to ensure conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement are accurate.
